About the program

The ThinkCyber Cyber Security Talent Pipeline Hub (CySec TPH) is a next-generation cybersecurity workforce development programme established to bridge the cybersecurity skills gap across Nigeria and Africa while preparing professionals for the rapidly evolving world of AI-powered cyber defence.

Powered by ThinkCyber Nigeria, in partnership with ThinkCyber Tel Aviv, the programme delivers immersive, simulation-based learning that combines world-class cybersecurity education with real-world operational experience.

Unlike traditional classroom training, our programmes immerse participants in realistic cyber environments where they learn to detect, investigate, and respond to live cyber threats using enterprise-grade technologies.

Today, the ThinkCyber learning ecosystem is powered by four integrated platforms:

Cyberium Arena

Our globally recognised cyber-range platform that enables hands-on learning through realistic attack simulations, Security Operations Centre (SOC) exercises, penetration testing, digital forensics, incident response, malware analysis, cloud security, and threat hunting scenarios.

Specto

An enterprise cyber visibility platform that provides organisations with continuous monitoring, security validation, and enhanced operational awareness, helping security teams better understand their environment and strengthen their cyber resilience.

Specto+

Our flagship AI-powered Cyber Resilience Platform that goes beyond traditional monitoring by combining:

Specto+ enables organisations to proactively identify cyber risks, validate security readiness, and make informed security decisions through intelligent automation and executive-focused cyber insights.

Live Threat Intelligence Platform

Participants gain exposure to continuously updated global threat intelligence through 30+ live threat intelligence feeds, allowing them to investigate active cyber campaigns, emerging vulnerabilities, malware trends, threat actors, Indicators of Compromise (IOCs), and real-world attack techniques.

This ensures our learners develop the practical analytical skills required by today’s Security Operations Centres and cyber defence teams.

Why Choose ThinkCyber?

At ThinkCyber Nigeria, we believe cybersecurity is learned by doing—not simply by reading.

Our programmes combine:

Participants graduate with practical experience that reflects how modern Security Operations Centres, incident response teams, penetration testing teams, and cyber resilience programmes operate in enterprise environments.

Our Mission

To develop globally competitive cybersecurity professionals by combining practical skills, artificial intelligence, cyber resilience, and real-world threat intelligence into a learning experience that prepares individuals and organisations for the future of cybersecurity.

Our Vision
