We are a world-class cyber simulator training company that has a proven track record in Cyber training delivered across different countries around the globe.
The CYBERIUM ARENA is a prime training tool for educating the next generation of cyber professionals. It was developed in-house by world-class Cyber Security Experts and is a proprietary tool that has been used to train professionals across different countries.
As a result, we are providing our intending Trainees access to world-class training at an affordable rate, giving you the opportunity to build an outstanding international career path in Cyber Security.

We offer opportunities to our candidates to access global platforms looking for fresh hands in the Security Operation team. With the wealth of knowledge and skill trainees have been exposed to from the advanced training tool and the evaluation from Cyberium Arena, most of our trainees are hotcakes to Cyber Security firms.
Placements
At the end of the program all the Cyber Security Professionals are matched with our pool of hiring partners to join their Cyber Security teams full-time, either remotely or in person.
Meet Our Awesome Team
Ikem Michael Uche is an award-winning cybersecurity and technology leader, entrepreneur, and workforce development strategist with extensive experience spanning telecommunications infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, project management, and digital transformation across Africa.
He currently serves as Chairman and Country Director of ThinkCyber Nigeria, the Nigerian operating arm of ThinkCyber Tel Aviv — a global leader in cybersecurity simulation and cyber-range training solutions. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives focused on developing globally competitive cybersecurity professionals, strengthening cyber resilience, and building practical workforce development ecosystems aligned with international industry standards and enterprise demands.
With over 12 years of experience in mobile telecommunications and enterprise technology environments, 8+ years in project and technology management, and more than 5 years in cybersecurity leadership and capability development, Ikem combines deep technical expertise with strong business leadership and ecosystem-building capabilities.
Under his leadership, ThinkCyber Nigeria has focused on advancing real-world cybersecurity capability development through immersive simulation platforms such as Cyberium Arena and Specto Technologies. The organization delivers practical, enterprise-focused training across:

Ikem has contributed to the training and mentorship of multiple cybersecurity cohorts across Nigeria and Africa, helping professionals transition into enterprise cybersecurity roles and internationally aligned career pathways. His impact includes success stories across five major banks in the Nigerian financial sector, as well as professionals who have transitioned into MSc studies abroad, and career placements in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Canada.
His work is centered on bridging the gap between theoretical cybersecurity education and operational industry readiness. Through scenario-based learning, cyber-range simulations, AI-driven cybersecurity operations, and practical workforce development pipelines, he is helping shape the next generation of Tier-2 and Tier-3 cybersecurity professionals capable of operating effectively in real enterprise environments from day one.
He actively collaborates with universities, regulators, telecom operators, financial institutions, public-sector organizations, and enterprise stakeholders to advance cybersecurity education, digital resilience, and sustainable workforce development across Africa.
Academically, Ikem holds an MSc in Enterprise Cyber Security from the Open Institute of Technology (OPIT), where he graduated with distinction-level performance. He is also advancing his academic and research focus through an MSc in AI Engineering at Quantic School of Business and Technology, with research interests centered on Agentic AI-powered cybersecurity operations, autonomous Security Operations Centers (SOC), and intelligent cyber defense systems.

Abayomi Oloyede is an Alumnus of Howard University, Washington D.C. and Graduate Studies at Long Island University, Brooklyn Campus, New York. Certified Information Specialist in the State of New Jersey. Chairman, Doskay Center for Applied Technology and C.E.O Techhub Digital Solutions Lagos, Nigeria with years of experience in the Hospitality field.
Mr. Shiffman is an accredited expert in Computer Security, Forensics and Cyber Operations, with a wide range of hands-on skills and experience in the information security domain. Heavily engaged in developing new tools, techniques and capabilities in the world of cyber and exploring new technologies. Mr. Shiffman has vast experience in training both military and commercial organizations in advanced technical topics related to Cyber defense, as well as mentoring teams of security experts.
Mr. Shiffman is the Chief Technology Officer at ThinkCyber, since 2016. Before that, Mr. Shiffman worked at Shirbit Insurance Ltd., as the Chief Information Security Officer, before that he was the Information Security Advisor at White Hat, He is the Head of all Cyber Security Training in Cyber Security Talent Pipeline Hub.
Ron Bouskela is an accomplished CEO with more than 20 years of experience globally. Managed start-ups with an exit to his credit for a High Tech Data Mining company in 2008.
Ron also developed and Managed Sales teams and is a leading expert in lead generation and full sales cycle implementation. His network of contacts globally spans over 70+ countries in several sectors, Security, Defence, Medical Device and Internet.
